Risk assessment

Looking at our location there are very few risk while filming a slight one was arzu hallway which is had people shoes and other thing as tripping hazard how we dealt with this was buy moving them shoes and stuff and moving it into the kitchen

Another risk was the table in the living room because that where both the actor for the zombie and the camera operator had to fall for a point of few shot so what we did was place pillows and move the table to and angle to make it look like it had not moved for the camera but gave a gap so the actor/camera would not hit in to the table

Another risk we had was during one of the shot when it was raining we had to film outside so to stop the camera form getting wet we held and umbrella over it

And finally when doing the make up when put down kitchen role on the floor so that the fake blood would not make it slippery so the people on set would not trip up like wise when filming at the park we did the make up in the bathroom one by one by having the actors stand in the shower so again to stop form making the floors all slippery
